Chip Dickinson is President of DEX Systems, a division of DEX (Data Exchange Corp). Dickinson manages the IT group, directing all technology systems, including hardware, software and outside resources. Dickinson joined Data Exchange after graduating from Loma Linda University in Riverside in 1987, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration.
