Joining Cisco in May 2007, Angela is responsible for the Inbound/Outbound logistics and 3rd Party Warehouse Management for Reverse Logistics processes for the APAC theatre. She operates within the overall World Wide Reverse Logistics organization, a relatively new team within Cisco with responsibility of the end-to-end processing of Cisco returns - from Asset recovery, pick up/receipt, re-use, to safe and environmentally sound disposal of Cisco products.

Angela has gained comprehensive experience in reverse logistics arena working in RMA management, OEM repair management and service parts depot operations from her previous logistics positions with Polycom, Menlo Forwarding and Jabil Circuit.
