Joe is the Director of Business Development in the High Tech and Telecom sector for UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Joe has over 15 years experience in strategic procurement, reverse logistics and repair, and supply chain operations management throughout various industries including PC and peripherals, point of sale, wireless and telecommunications.

Prior to assuming his responsibilities at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Joe served as the General Manager and Sr. Materials Operations Manager for Solectron Global Services. He assisted in the SGS Louisville hub expansion including the consolidation of multiple information systems and facilities into a single, integrated location. Prior to SGS, he was a Senior Logistics Operations Manager with Dell in Round Rock, Texas. Joe and his team managed Dell's 3PSPs and achieved "best in class" first time fix and on time delivery service levels. After graduating from college, Joe served in various materials and program management roles for Group Tech Services (later to become EFTC Services and currently Jabil Global Services) Louisville hub expansion.

While working for Electronic Systems USA, Inc, Joe received his B.A. Degree from the University of Louisville with a double major in Economics and Communications. Joe is currently completing a graduate program in Logistics and Distribution at University of Louisville's Speed Engineering School. Joes currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Reverse Logistics Association.
