Eric Aparicio is the Director of Administration for Yamaha Corporation of America. He has been with Yamaha for the past 13 years and his responsibilities include Inventory, Dealer Services, Financial Reviews, Compliance and is the Process Owner for Returns. As process owner, Eric is responsible for reviewing the returns process across the entire organization.

Eric has an extensive background in the mass market channel and has worked with all major retailers in the electronics category. He has developed multiple strategies to minimize the cost of reverse logistics for Yamaha while also creating strategic alliances with partners in the mass market.
