

Bradley Gross is a partner in the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., and directs the firm’s Business Technology Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on areas such as business process / global sourcing transactions, domestic and cross-border licensing agreements, and the development, acquisition, disposition and commercial exploitation of intellectual property for technology companies.
Mr. Gross negotiates and structures supply chain transactions and logistics agreements on behalf of some of the largest logistics companies in the world. He is a leading legal authority with regard to managed services, cloud computing, and software as a service ("SaaS") transactions, and frequently lectures worldwide on those topics.
A former NBC television Technology Law correspondent, Mr. Gross is an active member of several technology industry consortiums, and sits on the Best Practices Committee of CompTia’s Software Services Group, which is comprised of technology companies such as Unisys, Lexmark, Best Buy, IBM, HP, Panasonic, Toshiba and CompuCom.
